My experience in the construction trades and my passion for restoring and renovating older homes, had led to my discovery of this specialized field of structural repair work. I found that the investigation and analysis of wood destructive conditions, dismantling portions of a standing structure and then rebuilding the damaged area affected, was much more interesting and challenging than new construction. So I started a career in Structural Pest Control working for some of the Bay Area’s better known structural pest control companies. After acquiring 22 years of experience I decided it was time to start my own business.
My objective in starting California Structural Restoration was to specialize in structural repair in conjunction with exceptional high quality restoration finish work. My team and I have great appreciation of older homes that represent an era when home building involved true craftsmanship and unique architectural detail. Whether your home or building is 20 years old or 200, preserving its original design, character and charm, while providing renewed structural integrity is our commitment to all of our valued clients.
